Due to cause of cosmetic products, for health and safety reasons unfortunately we are unable to offer our customers refunds for health and safety reasons.
However we do offer exchanges for faulty or damaged items. To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Please send an image of your faulty/damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to assist you further. Our policy lasts for 7 days after the order date, after this we will be unable to issue you an exchange.
If you would like to send an item back for any reason, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider sending your item tracked or signed for to avoid your item becoming lost. We do not guarantee lost returned products.
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you ay vary depending on where you live.
